Öz Orman-İş Trade Union (Forestry , Agriculture, Hunting and Fishing Workers) is affiliated to Hak –İş Confederation which  is the leader of modern trade unionism in our country.

We as Öz-Orman İş; believe the social solidarity of labour and adopt reconciliation instead of conflict in labour struggle.

 Only Democratical regime by national will is accepted and this is the only legitimate way of managing.

We accept  labor, as supreme and sacred value and give our support to powerless .

The center of our actions are based on ‘Human’.

In our Labor struggle,  'Universal' and 'Local' values ​are brought  together within  a  balanced and stable line.

These principles, have moved  Hak-İş and its affiliated trade unions to a prestigious place in the Turkish working life .

Global solidarity is required to defend the rights of labour. Within this framework, we follow up the international movements closely and keep our doors open to all kinds of cooperation.
