The final declaration of the evaluation meeting is as follows;

 Representatives of 21 countries, who conveyed their messsages due to the earthquake disaster that struck the southeast of the country on February 6, 2023, expressed their deep sorrow for the painful losses of Turkey.

 It has been underlined that Turkey has not remained  silent to the painful events that took place in any world country to this day, and it was emphasized that for this reason, being always by Turkey's side constitutes a great responsibility and duty for all countries of the world.

 In this context, the importance of international aid and solidarity to Turkey due to the earthquake disaster has crucial role.

 Based on the fact that people and humanity in the world should live in peace, it has been emphasized that the wars in many world countries such as Ukraine and Palestine should come to an end, and that children and women in particular suffer the most in the face of these sufferings.

 It has been stated that Ukraine, which is the world's grain supply in the agricultural sector, lost its real potential in production, education, health, agriculture due to the war disaster, suffered a two-thirds loss in supply and demand, and tried to survive with the remaining one-third potential.

In the final statement underlining that the ongoing wars add nothing but pain to the world and the countries, it is emphasized that the people living there are those who see the bitter face of wars and share the pain most deeply, as seen in the examples of Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Azerbaijan.

 At the point of unionism; It was emphasized that the priority is the unity of non-governmental organizations, and the importance of taking the necessary steps to ensure that the unions work like embassies long before the states.

 It was reminded that in no country in the world, children and mothers should not shed tears, and that the innocent should not pay the price of interstate conflicts and wars of interest.

 It is underlined that just as a war is waged between Ukraine and Russia with disproportionate force, the same war is valid for Israel-Palestine, wars bring death without causing human discrimination and wars must end no matter where in the world.

 It has been stated that in order to develop trade unionism between countries, it is necessary to be in constant contact at the point of experience sharing.

 The importance of being in constant contact with adaptation problems in nature due to climate change in the world countries was emphasized.

 Referring to the importance of sharing experiences more frequently at the point of 'community awareness', which is one of the biggest problems between societies, it has been stated that forest areas are an important issue that should be expressed in every field and condition where the community is a source of breathing.

 It was reminded that employees who are intimidated by employers should not be threatened with their jobs, although they want to become members of trade unions due to the problems between non-governmental organizations and employers.

 It has been stated that in some countries, due to economic problems, people's efforts to heat their homes have damaged forests, and nature has been destroyed due to the need for fuel and wood, and this will cause bigger problems in the future.

It has been underlined that world peace will be made primarily by non-governmental organizations, and it has been emphasized that trade unions and trade unionism constitute the footprints of world peace.

 The importance of democracy was drawn attention as being a common theme for all countries of the world in all fields and conditions, and it was reminded that the differences in religion, language, color and perspective of the world states should be seen as a wealth.

 The union reaction, which emerged as a result of political struggles, has created successful workforce areas in many countries of the world today. It has been emphasized that in societies with peaceful workers, the country is also peaceful, and in a peaceful society, the contribution of the worker to production is greater.

 It was stated that there should be no gender discrimination at the point of country and union administrations, that equipment and skills should not be harmed by gender barriers, and that women should take part in union organization.
